Error: QuickBooks Desktop Wants To Verify Subscription While Installation

If you're getting the error message “Sorry, we have to verify your subscription before installing QuickBooks Desktop” it means any alternative party application which can be installed on your computer is blocking QuickBooks component.  If you are sure that there's no 3rd party software this means that .NET Framework is certainly not updated or damaged. 2. Run QuickBooks Install Diagnostic Tool

  • Download QuickBooks Desktop Install Diagnostic Tool
  • Save it on your desktop
  • Close all of the application running into the background just before are going to run this tool.
  • Double click on QuickBooks Install Diagnostic Tool exe to be able to run it

4. Start System in Selective Startup mode

  • Type “Run” in search
  •  In Run box enter “msconfig’
